Cancellation, Refund and Returns Policy

If any customers is looking for return or exchange customers’ order for whatever reason, www.studioritusharbysuchi.com are here to help. www.studioritusharbysuchi.com offers a free return or an exchange within 7 days of receiving customers’ order.

• In case of returned items, tags must be intact, and it must not have any visible signs of wear n’ tear or usage.
• Sale items are non-returnable and can only be exchanged for a product of the same or higher value by paying the differential amount.
• Item(s) already exchanged once, cannot be re-exchanged again.
• Under any circumstances, shipping fees, those are charged during purchasing, will not be refunded.
• The sale of ‘Clearance’ & ‘Final Sale’ items is final and not valid for any returns or exchanges.
• Orders that are placed using the offer are not valid for any returns or exchanges.
• Return/Refund/Exchange facilities for products part of the ‘offer’ collection are not available.

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow the following steps:

1. Go to https://www.studioritusharbysuchi.com
2. Please log in to customers’ account with the same email customers used to place the order.
3. Go to my account section by clicking the account icon on the top right corner.
4. Go to the order for which customers want to place an exchange/return.
5. Press the Request Return button.

Refunds:

• If customers receive a damaged item, please share images and details with us on our WhatsApp/email within 24 hours of receipt.
• www.studioritusharbysuchi.com will replace the item(s) if possible or provide a full refund if the same item is no longer available.
• Because most of the products are handcrafted minor misprints may occur. Slight color differences compared to the images displayed at www.studioritusharbysuchi.com website may occur because of difference in display settings in different devices. In Such scenarios products will not be considered as damaged products.
• Under any circumstances, shipping fees, those are charged during purchasing, will not be refunded or credited back.

International Orders

• www.studioritusharbysuchi.com do not provide a return/exchange option for international orders.
• In case customers receive a damaged product, Please inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product at info@studioritusharbysuchi.com or WhatsApp us at +91 8637234185 (Monday – Saturday, 10 AM-6 PM, IST).
• Order(s) once dispatched, cannot be canceled.
